The idea was to create a contemporary, mountain-style building that respects the architectural heritage of the resort. We are not at Les Arcs in a "chalet" architecture, we had to play on fairly simple and geometric shapes. All the difficulty on this building which is implanted on a long plot, it was not to have a facade too massive downstream of the project. So we opted for balconies with very sharp horizontal lines that can focus well in the field. On these horizontal, which form pedestals, we have like a game of '' boxes '' which come to rest and which recede according to the height of the building. The full balconies come to structure the building while the mesh railings bring lightness and transparency ... We also played on openings with large windows to bring maximum light inside the apartments.

It was essential for us to respect all the symbolism of this place steeped in history. We entrusted our project to Studio Arch Architects, who has a very good knowledge of mountain real estate and knew how to respect the architectural DNA of Arc 1600. We wanted this program to be exceptional both inside and out, so we paid close attention to the quality of equipment, coatings and materials. It is essential for us that this quality is expressed in every detail and that there is a perfect balance between comfort and aesthetics.
