      Our history in a few dates

      Created in 1995 by Odile and Marc Goutille, the Cogeco company then carries out the monitoring and the renovation of building sites in the Grenobloise region. In the 2000s, its activities evolve and the real estate promotion of new housing is actively developing.

      The company then carries out qualitative programs throughout the Rhône-Alpes region. Today, Cogeco continues its development and further enhances its high-end positioning by carrying out exceptional programs in the Alps but also on the Côte d’Azur and in the Grenoble region.
